If for any reason your are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept a return or an exchange within 30 days of your order receipt. Note: Before requesting a refund or an exchange please note that we only ship to the billing address or confirmed address that is on file with your credit card company. All returned merchandise will be inspected before a credit or an exchange is made. Merchandise must be in the same condition in which you received it for a refund or credit to be issued. When packing your order for return, please be sure all of the original packing materials, tags and/or accessories are included. Merchandise returned with any tears, use, and/or missing elements would either be denied a refund or charged a service fee. Please call us at 1-760-924-0481 so we can give you the information to properly return or exchange your merchandise. Please allow us 72 hours or less to review and process your return, credit, or exchange.

Exchanges can be made 30 days after your initial order for any merchandise we have in stock of equal or less value. We will not refund any money for exchanges of merchandise of less value only store credits will be made toward your next purchase. We charge a flat rate fee of $10.00 for any exchanges that need to me made. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to us and we will gladly cover the shipping charges back to you.
